Garrick Coffel - Nutrition and Fitness
Garrick was an all-around trainer for a High School athletic program and owned a Performance Fitness and Training Center in Missouri. He also managed numerous other facilities, including Powerhouse Gym, Fitness 101 and Sun Lakes Physical Therapy and Fitness. His certifications include Body Training Systems, Apex Nutrition, Johnny G Spinning and The National Academy of Sports Medicine. He has worked with athletes of all ages and in all sports. “My true passion is to see people attain their goals, no matter what they might be – weight loss, weight gain, or to just feel better.” Garrick has been married for 11 years and has four children - three girls and one boy. He also served with the US Marines for 4 years.
